BEYOND GRAVEL 
Welcome to North Zealand's new Allroad event. We look forward to sending you riders off from Shelter 214 at Værløse Air Base. There is the opportunity to participate in two exciting challenges, 146km or 88km. 

We start at Shelter 214, where you can refuel with black coffee before the race. Beyond Gravel starts with a 5 km master start. After that, the race is free and the route takes you via unique gravel segments northwards around the familiar cycling terrain. We will offer a string of gravel roads in the farmland of North Zealand, as well as long stretches through the beautiful green forests.

Some gravel passages are technically demanding, and there will be large holes and large stones to navigate between. Others are less demanding, almost as fast as tarmac, but require the rider to insistently push the pedals to keep the bike moving. All gravel sections can be ridden with 28 mm. Road tyres

When you finish the race, we are ready with a nice meal cooking with love by Hannah Grant and a nice cold beer from Nørrebro Bryghus.

The beyond course takes you through known and unknown roads in Nordsjælland and with it's roughly 50/50 mixture it beautifully varies from fragrant forest to dusty farmer roads, over tarmac, and then back to gravel roads.This to us is the essence of modern cycling.
We believe there is something for everyone whether you wanna race against the fastest or simply just want to have a great day with friends on the bike

ROUTEMARKING
The course will be marked and we will have racemarshalls, but it is still important that you upload our routefile to your computer. Please obey the traffic rules and follow the instructions of the officials, the route will not be closed and there will be places where you have to cross roads. However, we will have marshals and officials on the course.

PARKING
It will be possible to park at the large parkinglot at Sandet 99, Værløse. Please follow the directions from our staff.
