During the weekend of 2nd and 3rd of september 2023 it is possible for all triathletes to start in one or more events.

Saturday individual races for Elite, Youth, Age Group and Kids.
Sunday Mixed Relay races for Elite, Youth, Age Group or 750-40-10  Non draft race for Age Groups (Not a Nordic Championship Race)

Triathletes from  14-17 years of age may enter the youth race.
