På grund af de sidste udmeldinger fra de danske myndigheder er vi nødsaget  til at ændre på tidsplanerne for de fleste felter, hvorfor i anbefales at holde et særligt øje med de informationer der kommer her på siden.
Ændringerne betyder at A ogf U19 fortsat er opdelt i 2 felter både lørdag og Søndag efter samme opdeling som 2 etape.
Med hensyn til service er det tillaads servicebiler at køre med på alle begge fleter i A og Begger felter i U19 samt damer (DA-DB-U19P)
Alle deltagende biler kører neutral service, hvilket betyder at alle hjælper alle (mekaniske defekter).
Langning er tilladt for alle klasser på hele ruten, dog ikke på opløbsstrækningen.
Vi gør endnu engang opmærksom på, at opvarmning på ruten IKKE er tilladt. 


Due to the latest restrictions from the Danish authorities we have been forced to change the time schedule for the for most of the peletons. We would therefor emphasize that you keep yourself updated with the new timeschedule on this homepage. The changes mean that A and U19 continue in the same two peletons which they were assigned on stage two, for the rest of the race.
Regarding service it is allowed for teamcars to follow the peletons for both races for “A”, both races for “U19” and for the ladies (DA, DB and U19). Please note that all servicecars are neutral and must help all riders in the peleton, in case of mechanical defect (water and feeding is not part of the service).
Feeding is allowed for all classes along the entire rute, except on the finish line stretch.
Once again we remind you that warming op on the race route is NOT allowed.

Startlister for A og U19 der opdeles til 2 etape er klar på DCUs hjemmeside under Randers Bike Week.

The start lists for A and U19 have as announced been split for the stage 2, Tomorrow. The start lists can be found on the website for DCU, under Randers Bike Week.

Vi skal gøre opmærksom på at der kan forekomme ændringer på resultatet efter 1 etape, med det ændrer ikke på startlisterne til Fredagens Criterium

Please note that changes to the results may occur. These changes will however not influence on the above mentioned start lists for tomorrow.

TRANSPONDER (CHIP)

Der har været usædvanlig stor efterspørgsel på lånechip fra Danske ryttere, hvilket ikke var forventet, og derfor er vi i den situation at vi næsten ikke har flere Chip til udlån.
There have been extremly many riders who have borrowed a transpoder today.  We are therefor in the situation that we have run out of transponders,
Vi vil derfor opfordre de danske ryttere om at få styr på jeres egne chip inden 2 etape, og få returneret jeres lånechip.
We would like stress to the danish riders, that they bring there own transpoders in order, and return the transpoders that they borrowed from us today.

HUSK – at flytte Chippen fra TT Cyklerne til landevejscyklen inden 2 etape.
Please remember to move your transponder from your TT-bike, to your roadbike.

Som Chefkommissær vil jeg gerne byde jer alle velkommen til Randers Bike Week 2020,
og har i den forbindelse lidt ændringer i forhold til afvikling af løbet.

As PCP for the upcoming stagerace in Randers I would like to welcome you all to Randers Bike Week 2020. In relation to this I have a few changes as to the concuct of the race.


1. Det planlagte holdledermøde kan desværre ikke gennemføres på grund af sundhedsmyndighedernes udmeldinger omkring forsamlingsantalllet. Så derfor vil alle nødvendige informationer komme ud via Communique.

The planned teamleader meeting can unfortunately not be held due to the danish health authorities limitations in regard to how many are allowed to be assembled. All necessary informations will therefore be communicated to you via communiques.

Starttider på 1 etape (TT) er rykket frem, med første start (U11) klokken 13:00
All startingtimes for 1. stage (TT) has been forwarded by one hour so that the first riders (U11) start will be at 13:00.

Alle ryttere skal gennem CHIP Check der er placeret ved starten, og dette SKAL SKE senest 10 minutter før start.

All riders must complete a transpondercheck before EVERY start. The transpondercheck will be situated in a tent, in close perimeter of the startingarea. All riders must complete the tranpondercheck no later than 10 minutes before every start.

Der er udlevering af lånechip og låne nr. fra klokken 12:00 ved indskrivningsteltet.

Rider-numbers and transponders for riders who need to borrow these can pick them up at the transpondercheck tent, situated next to the startingarea.

2. COVID 19
På baggrund af Covid 19 restriktionerne ville det være ønskeligt at alle deltagere inden fremmøde i Randers får lavet en Covid-19 Test.

In regard to the Covid-19 restrictions we would if possible kindly encourage all riders to have a Covid-19 test before arriving at Randers. The Covid-test is NOT compulsory in regard to being permitted to start, and proof of test will NOT be required!

Covid 19 restriktioner:
– For at cykelløbet kan afholdes, skal vi overholde retningslinjerne fra Sundhedstyrelsen. Derfor skal ryttere lige efter målgang give plads til de næste ryttere, undgå at samles i større grupper og trække væk fra opløbsstrækningen.
– Omkring præmieoverrækkelser så hyldes de 3 første af hvert felt efter hver etape – hold afstand under præmie ceremonien.
– Fredag har forældre/tilskuere ikke adgang ved start området på Gl. Århusvej pga. Forsamlingsforbudet med 100 personer, dvs kun ryttere ved start boxen.

Covid 19 restrictions:
- For us to complete the race, we must allways abide by the regulations set forward by the danish healt authorities. It is therefore important that the rides, as soon as they have passed the finishline continue to their team area / family so that we can prevent larger groups assembling at the finistarea.
- After each stage, only the first three across the finishline from each class, must attend the prize ceremony.
- During the prizeceremony, please keep a decent distance to each other.
- At the stage on Friday the 7. August parents and spectators will not be allowed in the starting area at Gl. Århusvej, due to the restrictions of only 100 people allowed to be assembled in one place at a time. This means that only the riders are allowed in the startingarea.
